Registration is only required if you do not have a username. Please check your spam & junk mail folders to ensure you have not already received an email with a username and password. If you already have a username log in here

Each account must have a unique email address associated with it. Please contact us if you need multiple accounts with the same email address (i.e. related family members).

Thank you for filling out your information electronically. This prevents paper forms prior to our first session. I do require a credit card regardless of your form of coverage, such as insurance, EAP or scholarship. I will not charge your card unnecessarily. Credit cards will only be used in the case of those alternative forms of payment falling through -which we would discuss prior, or cancelling in under 24 hours as addressed in my financial agreement.
